Last week we were going to have sandwiches that used Naan but needed to make a change to our menu. As a result we had leftover Naan.
We wanted to make use of it in a different way. So we did some googling (Yes its a verb now) and discovered where people made Pizza using Naan for crust. So we did a ‘make your own pizza night.’ Wow it turned out good!
We made a regular Cheese pizza, a “Hawaiian Pizza”(Pineapple and Canadian Bacon) with Jalapeno’s, a Pepperoni, and a couple combinations thereof.
Add a Tossed Salad and some fresh Cantaloupe and you have a relatively healthy dinner.
